When you want to use Tor to look at a sensitive site, is your computer providing a connection for others to do so? I would like to know, because I have an unsteady internet connection.

So say John installs Tor on his computer.
There is another person in Iran called Bob, who also uses Tor.
Is John's computer being used to process Bob's requests in any way?

Thanks in advance! ;)
