I have dowloaded Opera's Browser. It is located in my home/ file. If I open the file and click on the launcher, it works. If I make a shortcut to the same location and click on the icon, it makes the sound like it is going to launch, but nothing happens. I have tried as many variations of this as I can figure out. Any suggestions.
