For those who might be interested in starting to program in Objective-C (the primary language beneath all Mac, iPad, and iPhone apps), Syncfusion is offering a free ebook from their Succinctly series.

The ebook is available in kindle or pdf format, here (https://www.syncfusion.com/resources/techportal/ebooks/objective-c?utm_medium=edm&mkt_tok=3RkMMJWWfF9wsRokuKXJeu/hmjTEU5z16uwpW6K2lMI/0ER3fOvrPUfGjI4DTspjNK%2BNFAAgAZVnyRQFCfmbf4ZV6fxS BQ%3D%3D).

I'll give this a try, but I'm none too keen on the whole "friendly geeks chatting" format; if you're trying to learn something as complex as Obj C, this is just a needless distraction.

I can *highly* recommend Simon Allardice as an incredible Objective C teacher, over @ lynda.com - I've yet to find someone as clear, terse and thoroughly comprehensive.
