grub rescue hd0 out of disk, no usb or cd

Hello everyone,

I got an error from my laptop which installed win7 and ubuntu.
error: hd0 out of disk.
grub rescue>

I searched net but all of the solutions are depends on having usb ports and/or cd-rom
but my usb ports and dvd-rom absolutely broken!
So i need to fix my computer with only grub rescue commands...

when i type ls i got response like (hd0), (hd0,msdos6)... etc,
and then when i type ls (hd0,msdos6)/ response: hd0 out of disk. again...

So i don't know what to do, please help me.
