There's 2 way to run windows games under linux :
1- with wine, it's fully free but could be sometimes hard to setup
2- with cedega, it's really powerful but not free

If you run a forum search with wine or cedega + fifa as keyword i'm sure you will find what you're looking for

You'll probably want cedega (http://transgaming.com), it is a windows gme emulator that runs at full speed or even faster than windows. its not compatible with all games however but lucky for you it is compatible with fifa '06 (heres the list of supported games (http://transgaming.org/gamesdb/)) and costs money, though very little.

If you know/learn how to compile applications or use a special installation script, you can install a crippled version of Cedega. This crippled version doesn't support games with copy protection, but I don't know what other limitations, if any, there are. You can do a search of this forums for the terms "cvs"* and "cedega".

*CVS is a tool that is used to distribute the "source code" (or the "unprocessed guts" of programs, if you don't know anything about computer programming).
