Hi, I have Ubuntu 12.04 , I am a newbie with Ubuntu and non technical person . Please help me.
I am not able to play an audio file from a certain site's one particular link. Where asI am able to play the same on my Windows computer. I even tried using Chromium apart from Firefox browser. I have also installed mplayer and geckomediaplayer plugins . Also I have installed quicktime , realplayer, windowsmedia player plugins in Firefox. Please find attached screenshot.

I see a link on your screenshot to download the file, can you do this and post the file somewhere so I can have a look? (Just as a side note it might be easier to post your screenshots in png or jpg...)

To Update :

I also tried Opera browser, no luck with that as well. But I noticed some difference in the result.

Please note on the second screen shot, it comes up with a message on the top left hand corner " mplayerplug-in is now gecko-mediaplayer 1.04 has crashed ". There is an option to report this issue, which has been done.

The third screen shot is when I click on the download the audio file option.
