I bought a Samsung phone at last year,i had a problem with Trojan infection,
who can show me how to delete it?and how to gain the root?is it necessary to repair store?

Any advice?

Android is based on a Linux platform. Although, there ARE threats to the Linux platform, most (of any real concern) would require root permissions.
ROOT gives YOU, -the user- root permissions over that phone. You can allow/disallow application (root) permissions only after it's been rooted.
I suppose it is possible for a 'silent exploit', but unlikely....that I know of.
With that said, the GT-S5830/Galaxy Ace was most likely sold with Gingerbread installed. Are you sure it's not malware?
There are many forums (XDA, Rootzwiki, etc) that have guides, ROMs, and tweaks for different phones.

Unless someone here has a better idea, that's where I would start.
