As shown in screenshot i have a problem with left panel. There is no resize line, so I can fix that. Already cleared home config (.gconf/apps/nautilus), reinstalled nautilus and nautilus-data, opened-reopened panel. nothing. This annoys.

Hi nick4fake, welcome to the forums :)

Open nautilus in terminal and see if you get any error reports

What version of Ubuntu are you using? On mine (12.04), I can resize the left panel by clicking dragging on the border between the left panel and the main panel. In fact, hovering the mouse over the border will change the pointer icon to the 'resize' one, even thought there is no resize line. Does this not work for you?
