Want to change my themes ... help

I have just installed my Xubuntu, and I searched through window manager themes, but unfortunately did not find a nice one ....
1) Can someone help me to How install new themes from the internet ???

2) does anyone knows a theme that is transparent like the Windows Vista, like the aero or glass ???
