There will never be new kernel there. 12.04 will stay on 3.2 kernel. Only backports and security updates will be added. If you want newer kernels (why?), then you need to install them manually.

Ubuntu 12.04 will not stay in Kernel 3.2 . When Kernel 3.5 is ready for 12.04 , will pass through updates.

I assume in 12.04.2 version .

Read here : https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/Kernel

MrBledi you can install Kernel 3.5 with instructions of above site , and participate to Testing team.
OR

you can install kernel 3.5 from here : http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.5-quantal/ , downloading the appropriate packages , but keep in mind that above kernel (mainline) it has not the patches for Ubuntu 12.04

Thanks
