Just installed ubuntu server 12.04. Also installed ubuntu desktop, when i select System Settings and ie try do change the time/date. The unlock is "greyed out" and the message "system policy prevents changes" is displayed. I am lgged in as the administrator user.

How do I fix this?

I've reported a similar symptom (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-control-center/+bug/1050437).
