ZERO COMPLAINTS!~
Holy cow this is stable. I have been hammering the server the past several days and it's running so well. Amazing. After using Debian, I am an Ubuntu convert and fan if they can keep this going.

Yup.
1) Add the Seveas URLs to your sources.list as explained
2) sudo apt-get -b freenx nx
3) Follow the advice on what headers you may need. I manually downloaded the necessary files and used debuild instead of apt-get -b.
That should do it. I made binary .deb from the files Seveas provided. It works marvelous. However you'll need to use a NX 1.5.x client. The official NX 2.x client will not work and the 1.5.x for Windows is gone so you need to use your favorite search engine to find it (and be sure to check MD5 of that if you're paranoid / in production environment).

Installed it on a dual proc Ultra Enterprise 2. Using it as a MySQL/Python/Rails development server running Lighttpd and Apache2. Also installed Ubuntu desktop/Gnome, but most of the time accessing through a shell and r/w to files mounted over NFS exports. Resource utilitization seems less than Debian stable and have had absolutely no stalls, freezes, glitches when it's under heavy load. Good stuff.

My compliments.
I am running the desktop version on an Ultra60, and it really runs.
Instead on my Ultra10 the install fails right from the start.
