Ubuntu SPARC Nightly Builds?

I read that a bug preventing me from installing Ubuntu on a SunBlade 1500 may have been fixed in a later build than the release. Is there anywhere I can download a nightly build, or will I have to just wait for the next point release?

Which bug are you referring to ? Got a link to the bug report ? Is this it https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/silo/+bug/40119 ?

As far as I'm aware there are no newer builds than 6.06LTS from 16June or whatever it was. Point releases will be available soon.

Any idea how soon the point releases will become available?

Fabio mentioned that he's waiting for the point releases specification end of this week and a new kernel with some bug fixes.

Your best bet would be to register on launchpad and respond to that bug report asking Fabio for a projected timeline.
