Looking for a free Landscape like server admin tool

I just checked out Ubuntu Landscape and it is exactly what I am looking for but not a fan of the cost.

Does anyone know of any free tool/site that will allow me to monitor my servers resources (CPU/RAM utilization) as well as install packages similar to Landscape?

Anything that can be accessed via the web or an iPhone app would be a bonus!

I'm not familiar with Landscape but from what you said, take a look at Nagios. I have a link in my sig for how I setup a Nagios server.
