Hi, everyone!

I've created a live usb for Ubuntu 12.04 using unetbootin. It worked well on the first boot, but on the second it's showing me a login screen. What should I do?

Try to boot again (I assume you already tried that; try again). This was a very common problem with CDs in the past (and I guess it was a timing issue somewhere).

Other memory stick might also do the trick (not saying that yours is bad).

I've tried, but it still doesn't work.

Every time that I've had a Live CD or USB ask for a password it's been because of a bad burn/copy.

Check that your downloaded ISO file is good by checking the MD5SUM (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/HowToMD5SUM/), when you are sure that your download is good then try recreating your bootable USB.
