Installing Ubuntu Control Center

So I am just curious if I can install and use Ubuntu Control Center (UCC) on Ubuntu 12.04 Precise.
If I can, a nice little guide would be greatly appreciated.

Most (if not all) of its features can be replicated with Ubuntu's own System Settings, or a third party tool like Ubuntu Tweak.

Also MyUnity (tweak unity) will be integrated into System Settings.
So with Ubuntu Tweak and MyUnity you have it all in System Settings.
