GPG error when installing 3.01

I get this error when i try to install easy ubuntu 3.01 in dapper...

"W: GPG error: http://security.ubuntu.com dapper-security Release: The following signatures were invalid: BADSIG 40976EAF437D05B5 Ubuntu Archive Automatic Signing Key <ftpmaster@ubuntu.com>"

Help anyone?? What does it mean? Is it important or does it affect my system in anyway?

This is probably due to invalid keys on the ftp server, you should maybe try after they fix the issue. Also, was this on Ubuntu/Kubuntu?
