I have beern using Ubuntu for over a year and a few months now and this month am doing some serios game exploring and one little game available through synaptic kind of shines as a time killer. It is called Falcons eye and is in synaptic under games univers.

The graphics are very well done but basic. It is similar to old tyle type games with no movement animatuions but is very playable. I have been playing for two days now and find it quite challenging and amusing to play. Also there is a random dongeon generator so each time you playu it is totaly different. So if your looking for a time killer you might want to check this little gem out.
