Good evening everyone!

I recently received an older Dell Dimension 2400 and I wish to learn how to better use Linux (I'm a budding student of programming) and with my positive use of Ubuntu in the past, I figured I would give it a go.

Everything checks out great except for the wireless. I tried to find the right info on where to start with configuring and using the wireless but with all of the information out there, I am lost on where exactly to start. I'm typing from the computer I use daily for school so internet is good here.

Some info that might be useful:

Ubuntu Ver 12.04 LTS

$ lsusb:
Bus 001 Device 006: ID 13b1:003a Linksys AE2500 802.11abgn Wireless Adapter (Broadcom BCM43236)

So this tells me the address of the USB wireless adapter?

Don't know what else anyone would need... please give me a helping hand oh mighty Ubuntu Commando's!

:smile:
