Doom3 fullscreen and audio problems

Okay, I have Doom 3 in linux working now:D I still have some other problems though. The screen size is very small, and is not the full resolution 1024x768. Also, the sound is distorted and messed up completely. Can you guys tell me how to fix these problems?

As far as the sound, I had to install alsa-oss to get the sound straight and this will be stereo only. When I installed doom3, the sound was really garbled and this fixed it. After installing, just go to the settings in doom and change the setting (backend?) to OSS. See if this helps. I didn't have any problems with resolution on my install though, sorry on that one.
