I can run xgps and it works.
But opencpn no longer works after uprading to 12.04 and I get libgps error mismatches.

Is there another program to test to see if the gps data is moving to where it shoud, I see tangogps is dead no longer around.

I found one and I can get polarcomm running and polarnavy running, BUT
there is no menu at the top. Using contol-o you can load charts.
Without a menu I cant get the functionality to connect polarcomm with polarnavy.

Can anyone tell me why the menu is missing when polarnavy runs?
