What's the usual update order for the mirrors? Packages first, or metadata first? Just that on the mirror I'm using right now, the packages showing up as latest versions are not actually in the repository, e.g. according to the mirror's repodata, the latest gnome-applets is 2.14.2-0ubuntu1, whereas a directory listing shows the most recent file is 2.14.1-0ubuntu3.
