problem with touchscreen dell inspiron duo

i upgraded to 12.4 and now the touchscreen on the dell inspiron duo doesn't work anymore. with 11,10 it was working wit egalax touch.
have you got any hint?

got the driver going, touchscreen is fine now but there is still a problem with the mouse rotation. when i rotate the tablet, the mouse does not rotate with the screen and it ends up being reverted on the x axis...
