I just installed ubuntu 11.10, because my windows 7 made a lot of problems.
all my data is on a USB pen, which I created with windows backup. So there are a lot of different archives, made during the last two months, at least 100...
Is there a possibility to unzip all the archives automatically and at once? a program? a script?
My second problem is, that some of the names contain ,, etc, which poses a lot of problems.

Do you have a good advice for me?

i don't think of any program that can do this for you
best method is to do it in night and leave system idle

You might be able to do most of them using unrar -- in the command line.
