hi , I recently switched from windows to ubuntu and i was searching for some circuit simulation and PCB design software and i found this (fedora electronics lab)

But how can i install it ?

This is another Linux distribution, not something you would install on top of Ubuntu. If your system has enough hard disk space and memory (and preferably virtualization extensions on your processor), you could run it in VirtualBox. Or you could look into dual booting.

Is There anyway then to get this set of applications(http://spins.fedoraproject.org/fel/#portfolio) working on ubuntu ????

You could try running it in a virtual machine, if your computer's powerful enough.

Try typing the names of the tools on the page you linked into the Ubuntu Software Center to see if they are in the repository. If they are then install them.
