Touchscreen support ThinkPad X Series Tablet?

I'm looking at a ThinkPad X Series Tablet,and was wondering if Ubuntu (the latest version) had proper support for it's multitouch display?

I was looking into that too...

Everything I found indicated that Ubuntu worked with Multitouch... better than Windows... but this is only anecdotal. I'd like to hear something more definitive.
