Hi,
I'm trying to switch from Windows 7 to Ubuntu on my HTPC but I ran into some problems with my tv card driver (FloppyDTV-C).
My first thought was to clone the Ubuntu 11.10 kernel with git and build it with the driver fixed but maybe there is an easier way to do it?
I'm thinking I should be able to recompile only the fixed driver and replace the existing one on my HTPC.
Driver path:
drivers/media/dvb/firewire/
Best regards
Brum
