I tried to install easy ubuntu, but get the following error:
Your sources.list does not match your system configuration.
Either you have changed your sources.list or an system
upgrade has failed. EasyUbuntu will not run unless these are fixed!
shane@shane-desktop:~/easyubuntu$
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Did you upgrade your system, and have a failed upgrade?

I did do an update on the system, but I do not beleive I had a failed upgrade. Can I just pull the sources file from the dapper CD, and replace my existing sources?
thanks

I had the same problem but found that Automatix had over written my Dapper repos with Breezy ones (I waspoking around with Automatix to see what had changed since the Dapper release). I put all the Dapper back and it fixed the problem. Dasy Linux works fine.

Sorry for diggin up this thread, but a quick google revealed only a few mentions of this problem.
I am also trying to install easyubuntu, but I get the same error. Could someone please give this n00b instructions how to use that source thingy mentioned above?
Thanks
