Hi
I run 11.10 64 bit on HP-EliteBook (I5 6gig ram).
There are especially two hardware parts which are not recognized by Ubuntu but I want to pass them on to the Win 7 which I run in virtual env via Virtual box (got from Oracle site).

First is Acer Iconia A500 Tab. There are no drivers for Ubuntu (This is NOT a complain on Ubuntu drivers). But I want to be able to communicate to it. And only way I know is Win 7 which I run in virtual env. But I can not see it in USB devices to give access to win.

Second is Fingerprint reader. Now I have done my homework on the one which is installed on my elitebook and Ubuntu does not have drivers for it. But I know that it works in Win 7 but I cant see that in win7 and even under USB devices in vitrualbox menu.

I can use all the Hardware devices in win7 which are recognized by Ubuntu.

Does any one know if it's possible to access devices in virtual os which host os do not recognize??

Thanks
