Hi all,
I have a Acer 5920 laptop running Ubuntu 11.10. Everything works great except the multimedia keys. I want them to be used globally for all apps.
I saw some older posts regarding this issue, [xbindkeys aas well as xorg.conf] and I tried those, but they don't seem to work, or I did something wrong. And I am unsure to do anything on my own.
If anyone can help me out here, I'd be greatful. Thanks!
EDIT: I want to use the same key for multiple apps, i.e. globally, if that's possible.
