Hey, I downloaded an installed iCenterX and I got an idea.
would it be possible to have video and audio support from right into iCenterX with using mplayer, vlc, or xine (or whatever) insted for an app to open. If this could be an option if some people like an app to open.
other then that good work I cant wait for the next release :)

I just installed this and unstalled in 1 minute. I realy hate the server part of this project : apache mysql part. Whats the security like for this project. Is it safe? It gave me an error on root pswd change and it was a clear sign that its still in development and so is security of icenter? Is it preconfigured for localhost only? And how much RAM are servers eating on avrage?

Well all the audio and future, if any, video support comes from Ampache which is what Ubuntu Center uses to stream audio. So if you have a feature request you should check out Ampache's Bounty Source site here (https://ampache.bountysource.com/development), and look under feature request.
