Hi all,
I was given a USB drive, when I insert it into my system it mounts two drives, one is a 1.7GB fat16 drive, and the other is an AUTORUNCD of around 330MB. I want to get rid of the AUTORUNCD bit, and just have the one 2GB drive, but I can't work out how to do it.

The AUTORUNCD drive reports itself in gnome's Disk Utility as an iso9660 filesystem device called /dev/sr1.

Have you tried formatting your USB drive?

Yes.

But perhaps I didn't explain well enough - the drive is seen by the system (linux, windows) as TWO devices! I can format the flash device, but that's not the problem. The other device is an AUTORUNCD device, which I can't alter at all.
