Hi all. I have Lubuntu 10.10 on my Acer Aspire One 522 netbook. I was going to browse files in memory card of my mobile, Motorola W396. The memory card is microSD TransFlash.
After I connect my mobile to my netbook using a USB cable, internal memory is detected and I can browse the files in it. But the memory card is not detected.
I tried lsusb and it shows Bus 003 Device 002: ID 22b8:4181 Motorola PCS.
What can I do to solve this? Thanks for the helps. God bless you :).

Don't know this model, but I have you checked all the options on your phone ? There are 2 ways to export a filesystem, 'Mass Storage' is the best for reading it under Linux. Maybe you have an 'Unmount' option somewhere in the menus.

I don't find any menu related to data transfer :(. BTW in Windoz I have to install a driver. Can the driver be installed in Lubuntu too? I once installed Windoz wifi driver (.inf file) through ndiswrapper (ndisgtk). Or maybe a Windoz software that can be used to connect to the mobile? Thanx for reply.
