If ever there were a DAW interface that produced
'deer in the headlights syndrome', Ableton is it.
Lets hope the Bitwigs make loading a plugin and
arming a track as plain as day.

How about a flashing yellow button labelled 'drag vst here'?

And a flashing blue button labelled 'click to arm track'

and a gray one saying 'send Ableton our condolences' :P

No idea on price or release date yet , I still use linux , but not for audio these days , back on windows7 ( for audio only). I just thought you guys would like to hear of an Ableton Live replacement for linux , it sure looks promising ! 4 of Bitwig developers use to work for Ableton .

Amazing how this software looks like Ableton.

Do you have some schedule for the first release ?
