Not in 3d but;

Atlantik is the leading open-source game client for Monopoly-like board games to be played on the monopd network. Atlantik is available for computers running the KDE Desktop Environment. Supported platforms are Linux, BSD and other operation systems running KDE.

You should be able to run it under Gnome as well.

There's also the Gnome equivalent, GtkAtlantic:

The only problem I have with this game right now is that it must be played with multiple players, yet I have not been able to find a single server with anyone playing. The old server(s) at unixcode.org are gone, and the default servers that are set when you first bring up the game do not work either. Here are some other addresses that I've found but don't seem to be working:

monopd-gator.kde.org:1234
monopd.monzu.net:1234

This seems like a fun game and it may be cool to have a server up and running for people to connect to. I wouldn't know though since I haven't even been able to see the board without having more than one person connected to a server (and nobody is ever connected to the servers I know of). I would like to see the ability to at least have some functionaliy in a single-player environment to get me interested a little more in this.
