installing phpmyadmin

I'm not intrested in running a webserver but I need phpmyadmim for manageing databases. In breesy I'd just use sudo apt-get install phpmyadmin and it would work fine, but it dosn't seem to work so well in dapper. How do you install phpmyadmin in dapper? prefrably on https

well if u want to use myphpadmin u need to run a webserver there...
i just installed with apt-get and it works fine check ubuntuguide.org
