Is there anyone here using this combination that can post a short comment on how has it worked for you and how you installed it? I'm having some problems installing (broken packages, dependencies missing) and want to get some feedback before trying to solve them. Thanks in advance!

I think KX is using the debian that Tango Studio uses as the
basis for dependencies (someone please correct this, if wrong)
Broken packages may or may not effect the system. Yoshimi and
rakarrack are always broken on my system, but work fine.
But crucial system apps and libs should be replaced if there
are evident problems. Sometimes an older or newer version is
needed, sometimes leading to a dozen manual installs, or sometimes
you throw in the towel.
The KX apps are getting a lot of updates, so successful use
may be transitory in the short-term. Saving quality work more often than usual, would be good luck.
If KX items were installed using dpkg rather than synaptic, they will
appear in Synaptics 'Local Installs' section, often where 'broken' packages are located.
