In Windows, I generally use Vicman photo editor freeware to thin people out a teeny bit and to remove blemishes and whiten teeth, etc.
But is there a native freeware application on Ubuntu which will perform similar tasks?
I don't see those dedicated arc-select & blemish cleanup functions in The Gimp, nor in Kolourpaint, nor F-Spot, nor X-Paint, etc.
Is there a good Ubuntu freeware that can grab an edge (like a protruding belly outline) and just bring it back in like how the Windows Photo Editor does so well?
Likewise with smoothing out wrinkles and removing spots on skin?
