This is an awful network map, but what I am trying to accomplish is a high speed (Fast Ethernet) network connection from my iBook to my AMD File Server in the same room, while they both connect to the Internet via a wireless B router. The wireless router servers up a 192.168.0.xxx IP Address while I would like the iBook, Ubu Server, and iMac (hardwired to the router) to be dhcp clients of. In the Server room, I would like the Hardwire connection for AMD to iBook to be on a 10.0.1.xxx IP Address where Ubuntu is the DHCP Server and iBook or any other machine hardlined into the AMD to be a DHCP client. My trouble is making the the AMD box both a dhcp client and server for two different networks. Any suggestions?
