Pinstripe for Firefox & Thunderbird

I find in the internet osx like theme for firefox and thunderbird:

Watch: To download copy the link address in the address bar of Firefox and presso Go! not click on the link:it does not work!!!!

In firefox drags the jar file in the window theme manager and ok
in thunderbird click on Install and select the file..
