View Full Version : [SOLVED] display files as list in graphic interface

Hi guys.
I have Ubuntu 11.10.
I'd like know if in the graphic interface it is possible displays files like a "list".
Now I see a set of icons (one for each file), laid in a grid.
I'd like see a list: one row for each file with the file name.
Something like in Windows in which I can do right-click (inside a folder) and choose among display big icons, medium icons, list, titles...

Sure, it is simple. I assume you are using Nautilus.

Just select the View menu, then List near the bottom of the menu. Or, just key combo "Ctrl-2".
