Hi all,
I have created this test.pkt file which has a router connected to a switch. I have changed the Switch configuration and copy from the running to startup. After hit the save button on the Packet tracer, the Packet tracer closes itself and when I try to open the file it says "The file is not compatible. Has anyone know how to fix this? It happens with any file that I try to save. I need help asap as I have my ICND2 exam soon. I also have attached a print screen of the error
