View Full Version : New Gnome3 versions in Ricotz Testing PPA

You can get the following new point releases of Gnome3 (regarding Gnome-shell) from the Ricotz Gnome-shell testing PPA:

- gnome-shell 3.3.2
- gnome-shell-extensions 3.3.2
- gnome-themes-standard 3.3.2
- gsettings-desktop-schemas 3.3.2
- mutter 3.3.2
- GTK+3.0 3.3.5

Yes they all work fine in Precise. It will take time until these are uploaded into official repos. This is because Gnome-shell is not a priority one to Canonical.

This thread is about Ricotz Gnome-shell Testing PPA and about what it contains.
Gnome-panel (the fallback) is not included there.
