Hi,
I have been installing ubuntu server and desktop on virtualbox, VMWare Workstation, VMWare ESXi and find that the install process provides very different installs prompts (if any at times). Why is this? I understand it can be different hardware presented but I would expected the same questions asked but maybe a GUI version or text only version of the install procedure. It is very inconsistent and even find two installs on the same hypervisor with the exact same settings also give me different results. This is very inconsistent.
