Hi,

On Hoary after an uptade I am getting "Failed to run /usr/sbin/synaptic as user root: Child terminated with 46 status".

Any info on how to solve this?

try to run 'sudo synaptic'? what happens?

try to run 'sudo synaptic'? what happens?

Ask for the password and runs synaptic.

I have reload the reps and so far no more errors.
