Ever since making the switch from Maverick to Natty, I've had trouble with LibreOffice crashing. It doesn't seem to make any difference what I'm doing - in fact, if I open LibreOffice and just leave it, it will eventually crash on its own. I don't have to actually do any work with the program. Or else I'll be happily typing when suddenly the program just vanishes. I've reacquired the old DOS habit of typing "CTRL-S" (save) every time I type a few lines...

Come to think of it, I run into similar problems with Firefox, though not as often.

Does anyone else have similar experiences? Does anyone have any suggestions what I could do to fix this?

possible problem is bad upgrade. reinstall could solve this.

another option is to use an older version of Libreoffice if that is possible. I've tried the latest one in windows and had also problems with it.
