Running Ubuntu 11.04 on an e machines t series. It was connect to my internet fine, but it crashed and when I rebooted the internet was disconnected. I clicked on the internet thing and all it said was "Wired Connection-disconnected" No wireless showed up. I opened up the network manager, and it showed that my network was shown, but not connected. Everything else runs fine, like my roomates laptop. What should I do?

The network you clicked on that said, Wired connection disconnected. This means that it does not see the wire going into your machine.

Are you connecting wireless or wired?

If wireless, look for a wireless on/off switch on your computer. Could be a key on the keyboard.
