I've upgraded to 11.10 a few days ago, and have to say while the release is still buggy (heck it's still early beta). Canonical and the Ubuntu devs have done a superb job of having what feels like a fully integrated environment.

For example the system control menu has been replaced with a system settings screen that moves so damm smoothly between different sections such as screen, appearance and so on.... it all happens in the same dang window now!

You even have a great way to browse your apps now in the Unity launcher.....

All I can say is superb job guy! Unity is really becoming something really truly awesome! I really can't wait for 12.04! ?Perfect Penguin?

Is it really better than Lubuntu? I will give it a try, in a virtual machine ;)
