Hello everyone!

GPointing Device Settings doesn't remember touchpad speed settings after reboot. I've Lenovo G570.

I'm searching for an answer to the same issue.
I use a two-button track-ball and have been using gpointing-devices to emulate the scroll function. Each reboot the settings are gone. Show but are not used. Edit emulation to off then save then open then edit emulation to ON and it works again. This is enough nuisance to keep me from using 11.10. Unfortunately the bug is in Fedora 16 as well.

Here is a bug report --- maybe it will get addressed.
