No display with nvidia driver

I have an issue with the nvidia driver. As far as I can tell it is installed correctly, but all I can see is the unity bar and top bar. I cannot see the background image, and when I use the browser or anything that needs graphics, it wont display.
Any ideas?.................please

Yeah I got the same deal, I got nvidea 7025 GeForce, I can't run Unity, so I'm in no Graphics mode, so I'd like to join your post, if you don't mind, I'd like to see what this on board VGA can do, besides, I like Unity.
